Abstract

The Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform, adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, is the overall design and guidelines for China’s next round of reforms. At a new historical starting point, it has made a strategic plan for comprehensive reform with the overall goal of improving the market economy system and promoting the modernization of the national governance system.
