Abstract

The problem of minimizing a sum of local convex functions which are only accessible to specific agents of a network is a significant issue. It naturally appears in the field of network resource allocation, motion planning, wireless networks, collaborative control, cognitive networks, statistical inference, estimation, and machine learning, etc., [1–10].
