Environmental Management Scheme of EPC Model for Water Environmental Treatment Project

Abstract

ISO14001 international standard is a powerful decision support tool in project management, while it rarely been applied to analyze environmental impacts of construction projection. In the study, on the basis of a case of water environment comprehensive treatment project (EPC mode), we established an environmental management scheme process system based on ISO140001 by investing the environmental management model of 11 sub projects. The environmental management system consist of four parts: (1) determine the type of construction; (2) Identify the environmental impact factors; (3) Prevention and contaminated control scheme: (4) Implementation and evaluation of the scheme. The research results can provide ideas and references for environmental management model of construction project, especially for complicated water environmental treatment projects.
