Abstract

Samenvatting Dit hoofdstuk gaat nader in op tactische planning en de invloed van strategische keuzen op de tactische planning binnen de cure. Tactische planning houdt in dat beschikbare resources toegewezen worden aan een doelgroep, een tijdstip en een plaats. Het doel van tactische planning is dat afspraken tussen zorgverlener en patiënt op het juiste moment en de juiste plek plaatsvinden, en dat beschikbare capaciteit efficiënt wordt benut. De stuurmogelijkheden en de kwaliteit van de beschikbare informatie zijn cruciaal voor de kwaliteit van tactische planning. Daarom is het belangrijk om in kaart te brengen welke factoren hierop van invloed zijn en hoe deze beïnvloed kunnen worden. Vervolgens behandelt dit hoofdstuk het tactisch planoverleg. Hierin worden besluiten genomen over de verdeling van de capaciteit over de middellange termijn. Ook gaat dit hoofdstuk in op de rol van kritieke prestatie-indicatoren, normen en managementinformatie. Daarnaast komen het veranderproces en de relatie met strategische en operationele planning aan bod.
