Abstract

Samenvatting Omdat personeel veruit de belangrijkste productiefactor is in de gezondheidszorg gaan we in op de kosten van personeel. De berekeningen van de kostprijs zijn gebaseerd op een model en men kan ervoor kiezen om op basis hiervan zelf nauwkeuriger berekeningen te gaan maken. De totale kosten van een medewerker in een jaar enerzijds en het aantal uren dat die medewerker jaarlijks normaliter werkt anderzijds, geven als eindresultaat de directe kosten per uur. Kostenbewustzijn van medewerkers wordt steeds belangrijker. Projecten worden sterker als inzichtelijk wordt gemaakt wat de eventuele besparingen of meerkosten zijn. Inzicht in kosten en opbrengsten maakt medewerkers op diverse niveaus in de organisatie kostenbewust en meer creatief.
