Je hebt alle stappen doorlopen, de juiste mensen erbij betrokken, plannen gemaakt, eerste verhalen gedeeld, successen gevierd … en dan? De grootste uitdaging moet nog komen: hoe zorg je ervoor dat employee advocacy geen eendagsvlieg is, maar een vast onderdeel van je organisatiecultuur wordt?
