Abstract

Samenvatting Maak van het denken in combifuncties een gewoonte. Denk als leidinggevende bij elke nieuwe vacature aan de mogelijkheid van een combifunctie om medewerkers te ontwikkelen en teams te verbinden. Zeker bij lang openstaande vacatures en vacatures in schaarse functies is het belangrijk om van het denken in combifuncties met overlappende vlakken tussen teams een gewoonte te maken. In dit hoofdstuk vertel ik hoe je in 5 stappen combifuncties kunt inrichten voor je team, afdeling of organisatie. Daarnaast laat ik zien hoe combifuncties een oplossing kunnen zijn waarbij je behoud van voldoende handen aan het bed koppelt aan perspectief en groei voor individuele medewerkers.
