Abstract

In organisaties is er op gezette tijden spanning tussen het management en de professionals. Wederzijds leven er nogal eens ongetoetste vooroordelen en negatieve beelden. Die kunnen zeer snel leiden tot een karikatuurschets van elkaar en een negatieve spiraal. In een tijd waarin we steeds minder op elkaar betrokken raken en de externe druk steeds verder toeneemt, ontstaat een gevaarlijk klimaat binnen organisaties.
