Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das Wesen jedes Six Sigma-Projekts ist der Analyseteil gemessener Daten. Die meisten der analytischen Werkzeuge werden in diesem Kapitel vorgestellt und illustriert. Dies beinhaltet die Diskussion über parametrische und nichtparametrische Inferenzen. Die Parameterschätzung und die Vertrauensschätzung werden für verschiedene Prozessmerkmale durchgeführt. Ein ähnlicher Versuch wird bei der Hypothesenprüfung von Parametern und der Güte der Modellanpassung unternommen. Die Technik, die zur Hypothesenprüfung für eine Vielzahl von Parametern in Bezug auf bekannte Populationsmittelwerte verwendet wird, bekannt als die Varianzanalyse, wird ebenfalls im Detail untersucht. Darüber hinaus wird die Modellierungsbeziehung zwischen Variablen durch Korrelations- und Regressionsanalyse untersucht, die sowohl lineare als auch nichtlineare Modelle umfasst. Einige der Managementwerkzeuge wie die Ursachenanalyse, die Fehlerbaumanalyse (FTA) und die 5-Why’s-Techniken, die für die Entscheidung über die kritischen Qualitätsparameter wesentlich sind, sind ebenfalls Teil dieses Kapitels.
