Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel führt die kritischen Qualitätsparameter ein, die den größten Einfluss auf den Kunden und das Geschäft direkt haben. Es erleichtert auch das Verständnis der langfristigen Variabilitäten in jeder der Qualitätsmerkmale, die mit einem Six Sigma-Projekt verbunden sind. Prozessmapping, VA/NVA-Bewertung, Datenerfassungsplan, Gage R&R, Prüflisten sind einige der Techniken, durch die ein gutes Messsystem erreicht werden kann. Eine detaillierte Untersuchung von Gage R&R für Attribute und Variablen wird mit Beispielen zur Verständlichkeit der Zuverlässigkeit und Vorhersagbarkeit des Prozesses vorgestellt. Sowohl die Stimme des Prozesses (VOP) als auch die Stimme des Kunden (VOC) werden kritisch untersucht, um wertschöpfende und nicht wertschöpfende Aktivitäten zu identifizieren. Eine detaillierte Diskussion über den Datenerfassungsplan und seine Bedeutung in der explorativen Datenanalyse wird hier ausführlich diskutiert. Die Bedeutung von deskriptiver Statistik, Wahrscheinlichkeitsstatistik und bestätigender Analyse wird mit Illustrationen und grafischen Studien in diesem Kapitel detailliert dargestellt. Wir haben unsere Aufmerksamkeit auch auf die 7-QC-Tools gerichtet, die als Säule jeder statistischen Entscheidungsfindung in Wirtschaft und Handel gelten. Dieses Kapitel endet mit der Diskussion über Leistungsbewertungsstudien und Leistungsbewertung eines Prozesses.
