Abstract

Zusammenfassung Im vorherigen Kapitel haben wir die Bedeutung eines Prozesses und die damit verbundene Variation gesehen. Die Notwendigkeit der Schätzung der Standardabweichung ist immer ein wichtiger Aspekt in der statistischen Studie, einschließlich der Schätzung der Variation, der Bestimmung der Stichprobengröße; Vorbereitung von Kontrollkarten und Schätzung des Sigma-Niveaus. Die Bedeutung der Sigma-Schätzung ist der zentrale Teil der Six-Sigma-Studie, in der Prozessverbesserungen normalerweise in Bezug auf das Sigma-Niveau und dessen Schätzung diskutiert werden. Verschiedene Methoden wie Stichprobenbereich und Stichprobenstandardabweichungen wurden zur Schätzung der Standardabweichung verwendet. Die offensichtliche Einschränkung all dieser Methoden ist ihre natürliche Sensitivität in Bezug auf die Normalitätsannahme von Stichprobenbeobachtungen. In diesem Kapitel bieten wir einige robuste Schätzungen an, die rechnerisch einfach sind und je nach Anforderung in praktischen Problemen implementiert werden können.
