Abstract

Zusammenfassung Variation ist in jedem prozessbasierten Projekt inhärent. Daher ist das ultimative Ziel eines Six Sigma-Projekts, Variation und Verschwendung durch kontinuierliche Verbesserung zu eliminieren. Die beiden Hauptquellen der Variation sind die zuweisbaren Ursachen der Variation und die zufälligen oder allgemeinen Ursachen der Variation. Die zuweisbaren Ursachen von Variationen sind physischer Natur, können durch Mensch, Maschine, Materialien, Management, Methoden, Verfahren usw. entstehen und sind im Allgemeinen kontrollierbar und eliminierbar. Die zufälligen Ursachen der Variation sind im Allgemeinen eine Auswirkung von Umgebung und situationsspezifisch, und daher ist es unmöglich, die gesamte Variation aus einem Prozess zu eliminieren. Das Kapitel diskutiert auch die Notwendigkeit, Variation zu messen und die Bedeutung eines guten Messsystems. Die Bedeutung der Normalverteilung in der statistischen Untersuchung wird aus der Sicht der Prozessvariation betont. Verschiedene Maßnahmen der Variation werden ebenfalls untersucht, um das Verständnis der Grundlagen einer verarbeiteten Daten zu unterstützen.
