Abstract

Zusammenfassung Dieses Kapitel widmet sich der Diskussion über die Vor- und Nachteile von Six Sigma. In verschiedenen Abschnitten haben wir die Vorteile und Nachteile, Einschränkungen und Vor- und Nachteile der Six Sigma-Philosophie detailliert dargestellt. Es wurde genügend Sorgfalt darauf verwendet, die Konzepte aus der Sicht von Praktikern und Kunden zu erklären. Eine separate Sitzung über die „Zukunft von Six Sigma“ ist ebenfalls in diesem Kapitel enthalten.
