Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die statistischen Prozesskontrolltechniken werden allgemein mit erheblicher Wirksamkeit zur Überwachung der Qualität und Überwachung des Prozesses eingesetzt. Daher ist die Untersuchung verschiedener Dimensionen eines Prozesses wichtig. Die in jedem Prozess wahrgenommenen Qualitätsdimensionen sind Leistung, Zuverlässigkeit, Haltbarkeit, Servicefähigkeit, Ästhetik, Merkmale, wahrgenommene Qualität und Konformität mit Standards. Die statistische Prozesskontrolle (SPC) arbeitet dann an diesen Dimensionen entweder einzeln oder kombiniert. Die Prozesskontrolle kann sehr gut mit Hilfe von Kontrollkartentechniken überwacht werden. Die Kontrollkartentechnik wird in diesem Kapitel sowohl für variable als auch für attributive Merkmale ausführlich erläutert. Das Kapitel beinhaltet auch die kontinuierliche Überwachung des Prozesses mit Hilfe von Moving-Range-Charts und kumulativen Summenkontrollcharts. Darüber hinaus wird eine ausführliche Diskussion über nichtparametrische Kontrollkarten und ihre Anwendung in industriellen Anwendungen, die keine parametrischen Annahmen erfüllen, detailliert untersucht. Die Bedeutung von Fehlervermeidung, Standardisierung und Prozess-Dashboards wird ebenfalls mit einem Fokus auf Standardbetriebsverfahren und Arbeitsanweisungen gegeben.
