Abstract

Zusammenfassung Das abschließende Kap. 8 befasst sich mit Schießverfahren zur Lösung linearer Zweipunkt-Randwertprobleme. Nach der Definition eines Zweipunkt-Randwertproblems und der Klassifizierung der Randbedingungen in (vollständig) separierte, nicht separierte und partiell separierte Bedingungen wird das Einfach-Schießverfahren vorgestellt. Dann wird die Methode der komplementären Funktionen aus dem Einfach-Schießverfahren unter der Annahme abgeleitet, dass die Randbedingungen partiell separiert sind. Die Diskussion über die Stabilität des Einfach-Schießverfahrens und der Methode der komplementären Funktionen zeigt, dass diese Techniken verbessert werden müssen. Die entsprechenden (verbesserten) segmentierten Verfahren sind das Mehrfach-Schießverfahren und das Stabilized-March-Verfahren. Beide Verfahren werden ausführlich beschrieben. Ihr besseres Stabilitätsverhalten wird demonstriert.
