Zusammenfassung Verhandeln macht den meisten Menschen Freude und setzt eine hohe innere Motivation frei. Werden im Geschäftsalltag diese „persönlichen Lustgewinne“ heute konstruktiv genutzt? Leider nein! Auch manche wichtige private Verhandlung endet schnell in tiefer Unzufriedenheit.
