Zusammenfassung Sie waren beim Chef, um eine lange schon anstehende Gehaltserhöhung zu erreichen, und kommen nur mit neuen zusätzlichen Projektaufgaben zurück? Haben Sie etwas falsch gemacht? Hatte Ihr Vorgesetzter die besseren Argumente? Oder fehlte es Ihnen schlicht an der Fähigkeit, über die eigene Gehaltserhöhung geschickt zu verhandeln? Sie haben im Gespräch die Argumente des Chefs eingesehen, sind aber persönlich Ihrem Ziel nicht näher gekommen und nun unzufrieden?
