Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Deutschland gibt es rund 75 Versicherungsunternehmen, deren Mitarbeiter Tag für Tag um die Gunst der rund 82 Millionen Kunden werben. Ob Sach- oder Vorsorgebedarf, jedem Kunden sein Produkt, seinen individuellen Nutzen zu seiner Zeit. Die Wettbewerbslage ändert sich dabei ständig und das Kundenverhalten scheint nie 100-prozentig kalkulierbar. Die Kunden wechseln leichter und sind durch die zahlreichen Kontroversen vielerMedienberichte zum Thema Vorsorge sensibler und auch deutlich kritischer geworden. DieQualität eines Produktes und ein perfekter Service allein sind dabei kein Garant für das Vertrauen und die Bindung Ihres Kunden. Heute nicht und auch zukünftig nicht.
