Abstract

Zusammenfassung Draußen („Outdoor“) ist nicht gleich draußen. In unserer biologischen und kulturellen Evolution haben wir Menschen sehr verschiedene, unseren jeweiligen Umwelt- und Lebensbedingungen angepasste, Zivilisations- und Organisationsformen entwickelt. Ein ebenso tiefes wie breites Führungs(-Selbst)-Verständnis kann umso effektiver entwickelt, werden, wenn wir die unterschiedlichen Lernräume der Natur – Berg, Wald, Fluss und Meer – mit ihren je unterschiedlichen Führungsanforderungen in der Ausbildung nutzen.
