Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führung und Management ist ein anspruchsvoller Beruf und zugleich eine Schlüsselkompetenz für ein erfülltes Leben in einer freiheitlichen, pluralistischen Gesellschaft. „Handwerkskunst“ und „Lebenskunst“ greifen hier in ganz besondererWeise ineinander, so dass eine kategorische Scheidung nicht nur künstlich, sondern auch schädlich ist.
