Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führung ist, wie wir eingangs beschrieben haben, ein natürliches Emergenz-Phänomen sozialer Interaktion. Als vertikale Arbeitsteilung, als wechselseitige Delegation von Pflichten undVerantwortungen,Aufgaben, Ressourcen undMacht, dient sie dazu, kollaborative, hochwirksame Prozesse zu ermöglichen und die Transaktionskosten dieser Prozesse zu verringern. Personale Führung, d. h. der direkte persönliche Eingriff (handelnd oder kommunikativ) einer Führungskraft ist immer dann gefragt, wenn implementierte Prozesse gestört sind, oderwenn es sich um Aufgaben handelt, die nicht oder zu nicht angemessenen Kosten mithilfe vordefinierbarer Prozesse von Menschen mit weniger Entscheidungsverantwortung gelöst werden können. Führung ist in dieser Hinsicht der Grenzfall sozialer Interaktion bzw. organisierter Kollaboration.
