Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wir leben in einer historischen Phase, die so ungeheuer reich ist an Möglichkeiten und Chancen wie kaum eine andere Epoche der Menschheitsgeschichte bisher. Wir leben in einer Zeit der Krisen und Katastrophen, der extremen Unsicherheit, eines Wandels, der uns mental wie real zu überfordern scheint, so dass wir nicht mehr wissen, was wir tun sollen, geschweige denn, „wohin die Reise geht“. Was kann ich unter diesen Umständen überhaupt tun? Was ist richtig oder falsch, was wirksam? Woran kann ich mich noch orientieren? Diese Sätze sind typisch für unser gegenwärtiges Lebensgefühl, das aufgespannt ist zwischen unseremWunsch nach Freiheit und Gestaltungsspielraumeinerseits, der Furcht vor Orientierungslosigkeit und Unsicherheit andererseits.
