Abstract

Zusammenfassung Führung ist ein soziales Phänomen. Sie emergiert1 immer und überall dort, wo Menschen eineGemeinschaft bilden, umzusammen Ziele zu erreichen, die ihnen als einzelnHandelnde verschlossen sind. Führung existiert nicht losgelöst von lebendigenMenschen und ihrer Organisation. Dabei meint Organisation nicht irgendein Abstraktum, ein Unternehmen oder eine Institution, sondern besteht ausschließlich im andauernden, lebendigen Prozess menschlichen sich Organisierens. Damit wird klar: Führung ist selbst ein ebenso permanenter wie persistenter Prozess. Führung entsteht nicht nur immer wieder – nicht notwendigerweise neu! –, sondern sie ist selbst aktiver, richtunggebender Teil des sozialen Ordnungsprozesses.
