Abstract

Zusammenfassung Nach der Lektüre des bisher Dargelegten wird mancher geneigte Leser zu der Auffassung kommen, dass das Thema Führung reichlich kompliziert ist. Wir haben uns zwar nachKräften bemüht, dasKomplexe so einfach wiemöglich darzustellen, aber wir kommen nicht umhin zuzugeben, dass wir dabei immer wieder an eine natürlich Grenze gestoßen sind: eben die Komplexität des Themas selbst. Daher gestatten wir uns an dieser Stelle den Hinweis, dass in einer Welt, die immer stärker in ihrer eigenen Komplexität wahrgenommen wird, nur derjenige reüssieren können wird, der auch in der Lage ist, mit eben dieser Komplexität umzugehen. Insofern ist die Beschäftigungmit demThema Führung hier und jetzt auch in dieser Hinsicht gleichermaßen eine übende Vorbereitung auf die Komplexität der Realität wie eine stichhaltige Begründung für eine fundierte Ausbildung.
