Abstract

Zusammenfassung Gute Führung zeichnet sich durchWirksamkeit aus. Damit gute Führung wirksam werden kann, müssen die Führenden auf Positionen gelangen, von denen her sie wirksam werden können. Gute Führung und Karriere sind kein Widerspruch, sondern sie bedingen sich gegenseitig.Wer Führungskräften Karriere-Ambitionen oder gar ihre wirklichen Karrieren vorwirft, handelt widersinnig. Mit Blick auf die eigene Karriere-Strategie sind regelmäßig Selbstbefragungen notwendig. Die Kernfragen lauten: • Wie weit will ich mich durch eine Führungskarriere von den Herausforderungen meines Fachgebiets entfernen? • Inwieweit bin ich bereit, mich meinen persönlichen Entwicklungsherausforderungen zu stellen und meine persönlichen Ressourcen in Führen Lernen zu investieren?
