Abstract

Zusammenfassung „Führung ist eine kraftvolle Mischung aus Strategie und Vertrauen. Aber wenn Du ohne eines von beiden auskommen musst, verzichte auf die Strategie.“, so der amerikanische General H. Norman Schwarzkopf. Er steht nicht im Verdacht, ein Sozialromantiker zu sein. Vielmehr weiß er: Wenn Führung heißt: die Leistung anderer zu organisieren und zu fördern, dann ist Vertrauen die alles entscheidende Voraussetzung.
