Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Beiträge der Führungskräfte und Führungsforscher in diesem Buch zeigen zentrale Aspekte von Leadership in der derzeitigen Praxis und Forschung, unterstreichen sich abzeichnende Trends und deuten auf wichtige Fragestellungen und Handlungsfelder für eine erfolgreiche Führung in Unternehmen hin. Nachfolgend werden die wichtigsten Aspekte und Trends für die Unternehmenspraxis aufgezeigt und anschließend zentrale Entwicklungen und Kernfragen der zukünftigen Leadership‐Forschung herausgestellt.
