Abstract

Zusammenfassung In Zusammenhang mit Unternehmensführung kommt man kaum um die Themen „Führerschaft“, „Führung“ und „Führer“ herum. Sollen in den Schlüsselpositionen einer Organisation Manager sein oder Führer? Gibt es zwischen ihnen Unterschiede – wenn ja, welche? Immer mehr Leuten scheint Management nicht genug zu sein, vorwiegend deshalb, wie mir scheint, weil sie keine Unterscheidung von schlechtem und gutem Management vornehmen. Sie fordern stattdessen Leadership. Mit bemerkenswerter Nonchalance wird über ein Thema gesprochen, das geschichtlich höchst vorbelastet ist. Geschichte spielt in der aktuellen Diskussion aber so gut wie keine Rolle.
