Abstract

Zusammenfassung Mittlerweile ist das Thema „Wandel von Unternehmungen“ sowohl in der Wissenschaft als auch in der unternehmerischen Praxis als Dauerphänomen akzeptiert. Dabei gibt es eine Vielzahl von Veränderungsauslösern, wie z.B. Anpassung der Unternehmensstrategie an neue Marktsituationen und damit verbunden die Anpassung der Organisationsstruktur. Dies ist auch der Fall, wenn eine Internationalisierungsstrategie umgesetzt werden soll.
