Abstract

Zusammenfassung Unternehmensmanager sind heute zunehmend vor eine große Herausforderung gestellt: Sie müssen Mitarbeiter zu Bestleistungen motivieren, damit sie einen möglichst großen Beitrag zum Gesamterfolg des Unternehmens leisten können. Bei Unternehmen mit weltweiter Präsenz ist diese Aufgabe besonders anspruchsvoll. Um dies zu erreichen, haben wir uns entschieden, eine eigene Identität für ALSTOM Power Service zu entwickeln und diese auch mit einem spezifisch auf unser Geschäft abgestimmten Verständnis von Führung zu verknüpfen. Der Erfolg dieses Identitätsprozesses sollte durch definierte Messgrößen überprüft werden können.
