Abstract

Zusammenfassung Strategische Großprojekte sind ein zentraler Hebel für Veränderungen bei der Deutschen Lufthansa AG. Die folgenden Ausführungen nutzen das Beispiel des strategischen Großprojekts „D‐Check“, um thesenartig einige der Beobachtungen und Erfahrungen zu diskutieren, die wir aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven – als Leiter, als Mitarbeiter, als Betroffene und als und als unbeteiligte Beobachter – mit unterschiedlichen strategischen Großprojekten und ihrer Führung gemacht haben. Wir beginnen mit einer kurzen Beschreibung von D‐Check und diskutieren dann einige der unseres Erachtens für Projektführung, ‐verlauf und ‐erfolg kritischen Variablen.
