Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ein zentraler Teil der Aktivitäten von Organisationsmitgliedern sowie von Personen, die Mitglied einer Organisation werden wollen, sind Handlungen, die die Beeinflussung anderer Personen zum Ziel haben. Das Beeinflussen anderer spielt beispielsweise eine wesentliche Rolle in Bewerbungssituationen, bei der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Organisationsmitgliedern, bei Führungsaktivitäten, bei Verhandlungen und im Konfliktmanagement. An diesen Einflussversuchen können Personen als Mitarbeiter, Kollegen, Mitarbeitervertreter, Führungskräfte oder Eigentümer beteiligt sein und sie können sowohl die Rolle des Akteurs als auch des Adressaten einnehmen.
