Abstract

Zusammenfassung Abgesehen von einigen weltfremden Theoretikern ist jedem Berufstätigen klar, dass der Alltag in Unternehmen, Verwaltungen, Schulen, Universitäten, Non-Profit-Organisationen und NGOs auch aus einer Vielzahl von „Machtspielen“ besteht (siehe hierzu auch Kapitel 10 und 20 in diesem Buch). Das dürfte bei allen sozialen Organisationen von Menschen und ihren Vorfahren seit vielen Millionen Jahren so gewesen sein. Gleichzeitig ist Macht, genauer: das Bekenntnis zum Spaß daran, in vielen sozialen Systemen tabuisiert. Vorstände wurden nach ihrer Selbstbeschreibung meistens nur deshalb mächtig, weil „man Aufgaben an sie herangetragen“ hat, die man dann „auf sich nahm“, oder weil sie „sich der Verantwortung nicht entziehen wollten“. Nur sehr wenige Politiker erzählen von sich, „am Tor des Kanzleramtes gerüttelt zu haben und hinein zu wollen“, und das auch eher erst dann, wenn sie es geschafft haben und ihnen nichts mehr passieren kann.
