Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Entwicklung und Sicherung der Wachstumsfähigkeit ist eine wesentliche Aufgabe der Unternehmensentwicklung, die durch zwei zentrale Aktivitäten möglich wird: Lernen: Neue Herausforderungen des Marktes oder des Unternehmensumfeldes werden als Lernanforderungen erkannt und durch die individuelle und organisationale Entwicklung von Kompetenzen bewältigt. Verändern: Veränderungen in den internen Bedingungen wie z.B. Geschäftsprozesse, Strukturen oder Routinen sowie in den äußeren Bedingungen wie z.B. in den Märkten, in politischen oder geografischen Umgebungen, der Kundenbeziehungen oder Arbeitsmärkten werden zum Anlass für Gestaltungsmaßnahmen genommen, so dass weiteres Wachstum möglich und bewältigt werden kann.
