Abstract

Zusammenfassung Ich halte bestimmte militärische Führungskonzepte, wie sie auch in der Bundeswehr verwendet werden, für vorbildlich und für die Anwendung in zivilen Organisationen der Wirtschaft und Verwaltung für sehr geeignet. Nach meiner Erfahrung gibt es aber nach wir vor viele Vorbehalte gegen militärische Denkansätze. Militärisches wird verbunden mit Klischees wie „Kadavergehorsam“, „lautes Herumbrüllen auf dem Kasernenhof“, Militärs werden als „sture Kommissköppe“ angesehen. Eine Übertragung militärischer Denke auf das eigene Unternehmen oder den eigenen Führungsalltag erscheint vielen Führungskräften undenkbar. Dies hat meines Erachtens viel mit der Unwissenheit bezüglich militärischer Führung und militärischer Führungskonzepte zu tun. Nur wenige Manager kennen den militärischen Führungsalltag und die militärische Führungsausbildung.
