Abstract

Zusammenfassung Über das Thema Führung ist schon so viel veröffentlicht worden, dass sich die meisten Leser fragen werden, was es denn noch Neues darüber zu schreiben gibt. Gerade jedoch weil so viel geschrieben wurde, überrascht es, dass der Mitarbeiterführung in deutschen Unternehmen seit Jahren und Jahrzehnten ein sehr schlechtes Zeugnis ausgestellt wird. Die Gründe und die Auswirkungen dieser Einschätzung scheinen sich nicht wesentlich verändert zu haben, obwohl (oder gerade weil?) es in der Managementliteratur Mode geworden ist, ständig das Rad neu zu erfinden. Im vorliegenden Buch soll es eben nicht um ein ℎNeu-Erfindenℌ gehen. Es soll aus einer Quelle geschöpft werden, in der sich erprobte (also nicht neue) Grundlagen, Methoden und Instrumente für gute Führung und Führungskräfteausbildung finden lassen, die aber gleichwohl den meisten Lesern eher unbekannt sein dürften. Gemeint sind militärische Grundlagen der Führung und Führungskräfteentwicklung, die sich auch auf nicht militärische Bedingungen anwenden lassen.
