Abstract

Zusammenfassung Echter Vertrieb ist im Energiemarkt ein vergleichsweise junges Phänomen. Erst mit der Liberalisierung der Energiemärkte, die offiziell 1998 begann, faktisch aber erst 2005 nach erneuter Anpassung der rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen vollständig vollzogen wurde, stehen Energieversorger vor der Herausforderung, aktiv um die Gunst der Kunden zu werben.
