Abstract

Zusammenfassung Charakteristisch für die Zukunftsforschung ist ein Denken in Alternativen. Besonders deutlich wurde das am Beispiel der Szenario-Technik, bei der die zukünftige Entwicklung des Unternehmensumfeldes in Form von alternativen Szenarien vorgezeichnet wird. Angewandt auf die Logistik sind wir dann weiter gegangen und haben die Umwelt-Szenarien (externe Szenarien) auf die Unternehmensinnenwelt übertragen und alternative Zukunftsbilder für das Wertschöpfungssystem/Fließsystem entwickelt (interne Szenarien). Welche von den alternativen Zukünften tatsächlich eintreten wird, ist nicht bekannt.
