Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wie positioniert sich ein mittelständisches Familienunternehmen auf einem Markt, der von namhaften internationalen Vollsortimentern, Großtransporteuren mit überbordenden LKW-Flotten und dazwischen einem fortwährenden Konsolidierungszwang geprägt ist? Durch eine strategische Neuausrichtung der Schachinger Logistik Gruppe in den letzten 10 Jahren liegt die Antwort darauf in einer innovativen Nischenpolitik verbunden mit einem klar ausgerichteten Branchenfokus.
