Zusammenfassung Kennen Sie den „Moment der Wahrheit“? Wer ihn einmal erlebt hat, wird ihn nicht vergessen. Der Moment der Wahrheit kommt, wenn Ihr Unternehmen in eine solche Schieflage geraten ist, dass es nicht mehr viel braucht, bis es kippt. Dann begreifen die Entscheider: Es geht so nicht mehr weiter.
