Abstract

Zusammenfassung 04.11.2004: Auf dem 6. Zweibrücker Symposium von Professor Kürble geht es heiß her. Vorstände von Versicherern, Rating-Agenturen und Professoren diskutieren über die relevanten Entscheidungskriterien von Endverbrauchern bei Abschluss von Versicherungsprodukten. Alle sind sich einig: Den Kunden interessieren nur die niedrigen Beiträge und die Finanzkraft der jeweiligen Anbieter. Ich sitze mit auf dem Podium und kann es kaum glauben: Inhalte zählen nicht? Liegt es daran, dass man sie auf breiter Front lieber ignoriert, schaut man besser nicht genau hin oder sind die eklatanten Unterschiede erst gar nicht bekannt? Ist es tatsächlich so, dass es Verbraucher beispielsweise bei der Privaten Krankenversicherung (PKV) nicht interessiert, ob Krankenfahrstühle ebenso bezahlt werden wie Transporte zur Dialyse, Körperersatzstücke oder Anschlussheilbehandlungen? Ich denke an meine eigene aktive Kundenberatung, an die vielen Beratungsgespräche der letzten 20 Jahre zurück, in denen ich stundenlang mit Kunden nur mit Leuchtmarker bewaffnet die Allgemeinen Versicherungsbedingungen (AVB) der Krankenversicherer erforschte und mich gemeinsam mit dem Kunden über die riesigen Diskrepanzen zwischen vollmundiger Verbandswerbung und bitterer „Ausschlussrealität“ wunderte.
