Abstract

Zusammenfassung Fast alle Unternehmen, auch Krankenversicherer, schreiben sich auf die Fahnen, kundenorientiert zu sein. Warum tun sie dies? Weil das Management daran glaubt, dass Kundenorientierung ein wesentlicher Erfolgsfaktor im Wettbewerb ist. Dass dies so ist, kann wir an vielen Beispielen aufgezeigt werden. Entsprechend sollte die Kundenorientierung bei dem Rating eines Unternehmens mit einbezogen werden.
