Risikomanagement im Projektportfolio

Abstract

Zusammenfassung Herausfordernde Entwicklungen, von zunehmender IT-Komplexität über immer schnellere Internationalisierung bis hin zu neuen regulatorischen Anforderungen, haben in den letzten Jahren zu einer deutlich erhöhten Anzahl von Misserfolgen im Projektmanagement geführt. Hierfür werden in dem Beitrag verschiedene Risikotypen identifiziert. Die positiven Erfahrungen mit einem umfassenden Risikosteuerungskonzept für Projekte und Projektportfolio werden geschildert - mit Erläuterung der wesentlichen methodischen und organisatorischen Ansätze. Ein Schwerpunkt ist die qualifizierte Darstellung der Projektwechselwirkungen im Portfolio. Die Verpflichtungen auf ein professionelles Risikomanagement, wie zuletzt durch den Sarbanes-Oxley-Act, unterstreichen die Relevanz und machen die Implementierung eines entsprechenden Berichtswesens erforderlich.
