Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die dynamische Entwicklung des Umfelds verlangt adäquate, d. h. komplexere, differenziertere und systemische Planungs- und Steuerungsarchitekturen. Vor diesem Hintergrund gilt der folgende Beitrag der Verbindung zwischen der Strategischen Planung eines Unternehmens mit der Planung und Steuerung der Innovations- und Veränderungsvorhaben in ihrer Gesamtheit. Der strategische Planungsprozess auf verschiedenen Unternehmensebenen und der kontinuierliche Abgleich mit der Projektlandschaft werden in methodischer und organisatorischer Hinsicht dargestellt. Die Orientierung auf Wertschöpfung und Wertsteigerung realisiert sich jetzt auch in der ganzheitlichen Steuerung des Projektportfolios.
