Abstract

Zusammenfassung Die Generierung von Wissen, dessen effiziente Speicherung und strukturierte Dokumentation, der Zugang und Zugriff auf Wissen sowie das Teilen und das zur Verfügung stellen von Wissen zwischen Projekten sind heute wesentlich für das Management von Projektportfolios und damit die Wandlung und Entwicklung von Unternehmen hin zu lernenden Organisationen, die sich leicht an sich schnell verändernde Rahmenbedingungen anpassen können.
