Abstract

Zusammenfassung Projekterfolg ist kein Zufall. Aber oft sieht es so aus, als seien erfolgreiche Projekte das Werk hervorragender „Künstler“ und eben nicht das Ergebnis systematischer Arbeitsweise. Im Bereich der Markteinführungen neuer Produkte lässt sich dieses Phänomen häufig beobachten. Der Fokus der Arbeit liegt hierbei naturgemäß in der inhaltlichen Bearbeitung der Produktentwicklung, der Produktion, der Logistik, des Marketings und der Vertriebsaktivitäten. Doch um neue Produkte entsprechend der zeitlichen und qualitativen Vorgaben auf den Markt zu bringen, ist die Koordination der genannten Bereiche bedeutsam. Hierfür ist ein professionelles Projektmanagement erforderlich. Dieser Artikel soll einen Ansatz zeigen, wie sich Projekterfolge bei der Einführung neuer Produkte systematische wiederholen bzw. steuern lassen.
