Abstract

Zusammenfassung Rapid change has become the constant of many organizations. As these organizations face multiple challenges in a shifting environment, building competences among the employees to change and transform organizations and processes has become an integrated part of their culture and identity. At Zurich Financial Services the value proposition “Because change happenZ” is, therefore, not only an approach that serves customer needs and an effort to describe the company' s value to its customers but also an attempt by the company to live up to the same expectation from within.
