Abstract

Zusammenfassung Wird in der Projektarbeit von Ressourcenmanagement gesprochen, geht es in der Regel um das Problem der „Human Ressouces“. Daher steht die Ressource Mitarbeiter im Mittelpunkt dieses Beitrags. Wir folgen dabei jedoch nicht dem gelegentlich betriebswirtschaftlich reduzierten Begriff des „Human Capital“. Wir wollen zeigen, wie sich Motivation der Mitarbeiter und die Motive der Organisation durch eine differenziertere Projektkoordination und ein bereichsübergreifendes Führungsverständnis besser in Einklang bringen lassen und damit Zugang zu individuellen und unternehmerischen Potenzialen geschaffen wird.
