Abstract

Zusammenfassung Neuerungsvorhaben werden mit Projekten umgesetzt. Ihre Anzahl, Struktur und Zielsetzung, ihr Ressourcenbedarf und ihr Verhältnis zueinander geben Aufschluss über Richtungen und Intensität der Veränderung der Organisation als Ganzes. Um hier Transparenz und Steuerungsfähigkeit zu gewährleisten, muss den unterschiedlichen Anforderungen der Organisation Rechnung getragen werden. Worauf es ankommt, wird im folgenden Beitrag aufgezeigt.
