Abstract

Zusammenfassung Während früher Arbeits- und Privatwelt einigermaßen stabil, geordnet und voneinander getrennt waren, ändern sich heute Produkte, Dienstleistungen, Prozesse, Märkte und Technologie immer schneller (Dynamik), werden komplexer und lassen Vorhersehbarkeit, Vorhersagbarkeit und damit Transparenz, Orientierung und Entscheidungssicherheit immer weiter sinken. Diese Mischung aus Dynamik und Komplexität (Dynaxität) entwickelt darüber hinaus für uns unkontrollierbare Eigendynaxitäten. Erderwärmung, Finanzkrise, Internetkriminalität usw. lassen die Entwicklung unseres Milieus und des Menschen auseinanderstreben. Nicht ohne Grund heißt der sechste Kondratieff Lebensqualität und Gesundheit aber auch Strukturierung von Information. „Wir ersaufen in Information und dürsten nach Wissen“ (Naisbitt) und brauchen als evolutionär und natürlich auch kulturell geprägte „emotionale soziale, Lauf-, Rhythmus- und Täuschtiere„ (Kastner 2010) emotionale Sicherheit, soziale Unterstützung und Geborgenheit, Bewegung sowie Lebensrhythmen und Balancen, um langfristig hoch leistungsfähig und gesund zu sein.
